Initial assessment – 45 Mins

A 45-minute initial physiotherapy appointment includes a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of the patient’s condition, followed by the development of an individualized treatment plan.

30 Min Appointment

A 30-minute physiotherapy appointment is a follow-up session to an initial appointment, which will be focused on carrying out the treatment plan and addressing the specific goals of the patient. An estimation of the number of follow up appointments  required will be given at the end of the initial assessment.

60 Min Appointment

A 60 minute massage therapy appointment allows for a more comprehensive and thorough treatment, targeting multiple areas of the body and incorporating various techniques.

30 Min Appointment

A 30-minute massage therapy appointment is a shorter session typically focused on addressing specific areas of tension or pain in the body.

INITIAL APPOINTMENT – 45 MIN

An initial 45-minute appointment includes a consultation to discuss problem areas, and treatment will be tailored to the client’s individual needs. Both acupuncture and massage therapy will be used to maximise treatment benefits. 

30 MIN APPOINTMENT

A 30-minute acupuncture appointment is a follow-up to an initial appointment. Both acupuncture and massage therapy will be used to build on the treatment benefits from the initial appointment

In Clinic

A 30 minute rehab session in our Belfast clinic designed to improve mobility and balance; thus reducing the incidence of falls and promoting independence.

HOME VISIT

A 30 minute rehab session at your home designed to improve mobility and balance; thus reducing the incidence of falls and promoting independence.

45 Min Session

A 45-minute personal training session is a one-on-one workout session with a certified trainer, who will design and guide you through a customized exercise  program to help you reach your fitness goals. Nutritional advice will also be provided.

Block of 4 Classes

Pilates classes are held every Wednesday evening at 7:35 in our neighbouring Ajendance dance studio. These are sold in blocks of 4 and £32 will cover 4 classes.
